Macy's pre-school Halloween Party

Went to Macy's school party today! The kids were so cute!! I was there early to help out and WOW teachers have to have a lot of Patience.

Still recovering from girls weekend!!

Had a great girls weekend at the beach!!! Getting the kids ready for Halloween and the parties at school. Having a party at work tomorrow night. We are going to Metallica in a suite at the Rose Garden on Saturday night!! Cole got a huge metal last weekend @ his taekwondo tournament. I was sad I missed it but Mike said he was really confident and did a great job!! Macy is starting ballet hopefully next week! They went to a benefit concert Saturday night and then to Shawn's to hang out with the boys and the kids left behind from the beach trip. We carved pumpkins and I took a pic of Cole at his class tonight. His hair was so funny I got it wet and then put gel in it. He was watching hocus pocus in the car with headphones on and he had a flat band of hair.....I guess you had to have been there.......

Cole loved it and Macy was ok until she got cold! I felt bad because I get really cold too and I hate that feeling. They both did great Macy would have enjoyed it more if she wasn't freezing.

Cookie Decorating....

Well I learned a valuable lesson! It does not pay to cut corners....I purchased pre-made frosting to decorate cookies and it just wasn't the same. Oh well I sent them all home with the kids so at-least I won't eat them. Macy starts swim lessons Tues. Mom and Cole are headed to the pumpkin patch with kindergarten tomorrow in the rain. Dad is going with Macy on Tues.

What we are up to.....

Fun week got to hang out with Julie and her family wends. night. Went to Shawn and Tiffany's Thurs. and Brandy came over we just hung out had a few drinks and snacks talk about beach trip and Tahoe. Friday night went to Lillian's for dinner to celebrate big Sam's B-Day Kevin and Molly brought their twin boys that are Cole's age and they all had a great time. Baby Sam is so cute! He is almost walking and was tackling Macy. Mike and I were on the same team playing games and of coarse won!!!

Blah Blah let's see for the rest of the weekend....Eyelash extensions this morning. For anyone who doesn't know my brother was killed in an auto accident a few months ago well from tears or stress or both some of my eyelashes fell out. So I know there is always a solution .....I asked Julie do you know anyone who does them. She saw a place on her way to work in West Lynn so I called and got them. They looked great for a week then they were making me crazy so another week went by and I freaked and picked (ok pulled, twisted, ripped) at them until all were out. Well so were more of my own. I let it be then decided to do some more research and discovered the place I went to did not apply them the way they should so I gave it another go with someone else who had a diffrent certification for them. They are ok my poor eyes....The things we do sometimes. OK the things I do!!!!! Oh and to make it worse I convinced my friend Tiffany to get them at the same place with in the first week when I thought they were a great thing and she has gone through losing some eyelashes too. Sorry Tiffany! So BEWARE of getting them from someone with out proper training and research or just stay away.......Oh just wait to hear next week what I am up to????? I am going to post something after my experiment. Unless I chicken out!!

Saturday afternoon baking a ton of cookies to decorate. Mike shooting some pic's in the afternoon. Sunday frosting the ton of cookies with my neices and nephew and a couple of the kids friends. I will post some photo's of the cookie decorating event!

I love the Fall.........

Oh I think I already said that huh? Went to see Gavin swim last night with his mommy! He is pretty good for 11 months. Macy went with me and of coarse wanted to swim. I need to get her in to some lessons. I asked her if she wanted me to swim with her or by herself. Of coarse she said I will do it by myself mom. Surprise surprise. It was nice to spend some time with Julie, Garett and Gavin. We had fun. Julie colored my hair and Macy told Garett scary stories about tiny blue monster with purple teeth that pushed the kid in the water in the forest. I must say she is a pretty good story teller.

Pumpkin Patch

We went to EZ Orchards and Martha's today to hunt pumpkins and have a good time. The kids played and Mom picked out the pumpkins. Lillian and baby Sam met up with us. Got doughnuts and carmel apples!!! I am going to gain 20 lbs. before fall is over. Made carmel corn tonight and cupcakes with the kiddies. Sent some home with the grandparents. I love to make it but hate it in the house. Last night @ 9pm I had a pumpkin ale and carmel corn. I am sure that was real healthy before bed!!!! I LOVE the FALL.............

Macy cracks me up. She is such an independent little girl. She sassed her way into the pre-school like she owned it on the first day. She finger painted spiders and seemed to really enjoy her self! She has this lovely habit of making ugly faces when I take her pic so here are a few I got in between her faces.

Tropical Thunder

Well we didn't get a chance to hang out with Shawn and Tiff Friday. So we went to see tropical thunder! After a crazy day at work we decided a comedy would be good. It was pretty funny. Last night a friend came down and we went to dinner at the Road House and stayed around and visited and I think I might have had a few too many beers.....I have a headache!!! Today we have a family function and then back to work! Macy starts pre-school on Tues. I can't wait to see how she likes it. I made my first Mac Book on my computer and got it back 2 days later. Getting excited for the girls beach trip coming up in a few weeks! I am sure I will have some pic's from that trip!

Busy busy busy at work lately! We are hanging out with Shawn and Tiff Friday night! May go to dinner Saturday night with friends and then a family get together Sunday! I kinda want to stay home at some point and make carmel corn, build a fire, light candles and veg out on the couch!! I am sure I will eventually. Anyone who knows me knows I love to be on the go! Well I will post a random pic and maybe take a few this weekend. Macy is starting pre-school next week she asked me if she could go to Cole's school. So I checked into it and she is going 2 day's a week starting next week. We went and got her school supplies tonight after Cole's Taekwondo. He graduates next Saturday to a camo belt. Then he will get sparing gear and then weapons. Sounds kinda crazy but he has learned alot about respect, honesty, honor and making goals for himself. He told Mike the other night he did not want any candy for snack because he wanted to honor his parents by making healthy choices......How cool is that!!!

OK.....I am getting excited about the Holiday's!!! I purchased my first christmas gift today.....
